Selecione as células que contêm os dados. Clique em Página Inicial > Tabela > Formato como tabela. Se você não marcar a caixa Minha tabela tem cabeçalhos , Excel para a Web adicionará cabeçalhos com nomes padrão como Coluna1 e Coluna2 acima dos dados.
